乳腺癌和甲状腺癌的早期诊断、早期乳腺癌保乳治疗、早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检、难治性乳腺癌和甲状腺癌的综合治疗等方面有较深的造诣。
擅长手术:
乳腺良恶性肿瘤微波、射频系列手术,环乳晕等保乳、乳腺癌一期整形、前哨淋巴结活检手术;巨大胸骨后甲状腺肿切除术、原发性甲状旁腺肿瘤切除术和继发性甲状手术方面成绩卓越,在国内外具有广泛影响。在国际上率先开展乳腺癌微波保乳微创治疗。

目前研究方向:
围绕乳腺癌微创化治疗和转移动物模型开展了系列基础和转化研究。开展循前哨淋巴通道行前哨淋巴结活检系列研究,降低了假阴性率,明显改善患者生活质量;在国际上率先开展乳腺癌微波消融基础和转化研究,指导的学生多次受邀在国际会议上发言;创建了一系列以联合免疫缺陷小鼠为载体的人源性异种移植原位-转移乳腺癌模型,并以此为平台进行应用研究。

多学科讨论确诊疑难病例,微波微创手术刀挥舞拯四十年支扩病史,多家三家医院拒绝治疗,乳腺癌微波保乳,不耐受化疗,已活五年。
